Pakistan, May 16 -- Police in Mailsi are investigating a tragic incident in which a woman and her three children were found dead inside their home in the Fateh Pur area.

According to initial police findings, the woman allegedly attacked her three children while they were asleep before later taking her own life. Authorities said the children were between the ages of three and eight, while the deceased woman was around 30 years old.
