Pakistan, July 27 -- Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has filed a lawsuit against Amazon, accusing the technology giant of unlawfully recruiting one of its senior executives and encouraging contracted employees to breach their employment agreements.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 21, alleges intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of contract and unfair competition. WBD claims Amazon has been aggressively targeting employees working under fixed-term contracts instead of building its own marketing and production teams.
