Pakistan, July 12 -- Two more children have tested positive for HIV, taking the total number of confirmed cases linked to Karachi's Kulsoom Bai Valika Hospital to 80, it emerged on Saturday. Among the latest cases is a three-year-old girl from the Metroville area. Her father said that she received treatment for a chest infection at the hospital - a Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI)-run health facility - before testing positive for HIV virus. Giving details, the man said that her daughter's health condition continued to deteriorate after being treated at the hospital.
