Pakistan, April 22 -- The United States has imposed a new round of sanctions targeting individuals and companies accused of helping Iran obtain weapons and military components. The measures, announced by the United States Department of the Treasury, aim to disrupt supply networks that Washington says assist Tehran in rebuilding its missile capabilities following recent regional conflicts.
According to US officials, the sanctions affect 14 people and companies allegedly involved in procuring or transporting weapons and related components for Iran.
