Pakistan, July 27 -- More than 600 US military personnel have been injured since Washington launched strikes against Iran in February, according to the Pentagon's latest figures. The update highlights the human cost of the ongoing conflict. The casualty numbers remain under review amid disputes over reporting.
The Pentagon said 624 service members have been wounded since the start of the Iran war. According to the latest update, 417 injuries are linked to Operation Epic Fury, while 207 are listed under Overseas Operations. The Defense Department has not provided further details.
