Pakistan, March 19 -- Tulsi Gabbard has identified Pakistan as one of several nations posing a growing strategic concern to the United States (US) due to evolving long-range missile capabilities. The remarks were made during the 2026 Annual Threat Assessment presented before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Gabbard also named Iran, China, Russia, and North Korea as nations developing new missile delivery systems capable of carrying both nuclear and conventional warheads. She warned that Pakistan's ballistic missile programme "potentially could include intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs)" that might reach the US homeland.
