Pakistan, Sept. 6 -- The US aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln departed Thailand on Sunday after completing a five-day port visit. The visit provided a break for the crew following an extended deployment that included operations in the Middle East. The US Navy thanked Thailand for its hospitality during the carrier's stay.

Captain Dan Keeler, commanding officer of the Abraham Lincoln, expressed appreciation for the warm welcome from the Thai people.
