Pakistan, Sept. 10 -- The United States and Iran have launched their biggest wave of attacks on shipping since their six-month war began. Iran said it attacked 10 ships near the Strait of Hormuz on Wednesday. The statement followed US strikes that sank five Iranian oil tankers. The attacks pushed Brent crude above $100 a barrel for the first time since July. At least one seafarer died, while another remained missing after the attacks.
