Pakistan, Aug. 28 -- GUJRAT - The University of Gujrat's student-centric policies under the visionary leadership and strategic planning of its vice chancellor have brought about a financial turnaround helping every second student study on scholarship.

It was disclosed on Monday in the second emergency session of the Syndicate held at Hafiz Hayat Campus, which also approved a budget exceeding Rs6 billion for fiscal year 2026-27.

The meeting was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahoor-ul-Haq (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) and reviewed financial performance, savings and resource mobilization before granting final approval.
