Pakistan, Aug. 24 -- GUJRAT - The University of Gujrat's Quaid-e-Azam Library has launched a special Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Book Exhibition to mark the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, inaugurated the exhibition, calling study of the Prophet's life "the foremost duty of a practising Muslim."

Chief Librarian Sheikh Abdul Rashid and staff warmly received the VC on arrival. Touring the exhibition, Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq stressed that Seerat literature can inspire youth and shape national character. He also announced plans for a "Centre for Human Excellence" within the library
