Pakistan, Sept. 22 -- A United Nations human rights expert has questioned the legality of US strikes on suspected drug-smuggling boats. The expert said the attacks in the Caribbean and Pacific could potentially amount to crimes against humanity. The findings cover US military operations conducted between September 2025 and August 2026.
