Pakistan, July 18 -- A Ukrainian drone attack in Russia's western Tambov region has killed at least seven people and injured 24 others, according to Russian authorities.

Officials said the strike targeted a logistics centre in the region, where several workers were present at the time of the attack. The casualties were reported among employees working at the facility, while emergency teams were deployed to deal with the aftermath.

Videos circulating on social media showed a large fire breaking out following the attack, with thick black smoke rising into the sky. Another video showed residents being moved to safer locations after the incident.
