Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- The UAE Foreign Ministry condemned what it described as a missile attack on the tanker. It said the attack caused no casualties while the vessel transited Hormuz.

ADNOC said 15 of its vessels had faced attacks since the war began. The company added that three vessels were attacked during the current week.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said talks with Oman were approaching their final stages. However, he stressed that the negotiations did not signal Hormuz's immediate reopening.
