Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- Two policemen were injured in a firing incident in the Pishin area of Balochistan, according to police sources. According to initial reports, a squad accompanying the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harnai was returning to Harnai from Quetta after dropping the officer when unidentified armed men opened fire on the vehicle. As a result of the firing, two policemen sustained injuries and were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Following the incident, police launched an operation to trace and apprehend the attackers. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
