Pakistan, June 8 -- Rescue teams on Sunday recovered two more bodies from the River Panjkora during a joint operation conducted by Rescue 1122 Lower Dir and Rescue 1122 Malakand water rescue units. According to officials from Rescue 1122, the body of a child named Abbas, a resident of Bajaur was found after ten days from the Bosaq area of the river. In a separate recovery, the body of Qari Shahidullah who belonged to Warai, Dir Upper was also retrieved from the river. Rescue authorities stated that since Eid a total of ten people have lost their lives in various drowning incidents in the rivers Swat and Panjkora.
