Pakistan, Aug. 31 -- US President Donald Trump has claimed Washington loses more than $60 billion annually through trade with Canada. He also said Canadian businesses are increasingly moving operations to the United States. His comments came as trade tensions between the neighbouring countries continue to grow.

Trump said companies were relocating to avoid American tariffs imposed on Canadian goods. He argued that the United States should produce more goods domestically. The president specifically mentioned cars as part of his push to expand American manufacturing.
