Pakistan, May 30 -- US President Donald Trump has been declared in excellent health and fully capable of carrying out his presidential duties following a routine medical examination, according to a report released by his physician.

The three-page medical memo, issued by US Navy Captain Sean Barbabella, followed Trump's latest health assessment conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center earlier this week. The report concluded that the 79-year-old president remains physically and mentally fit to serve as commander-in-chief.
