Pakistan, June 15 -- US President Donald Trump has announced that a US-Iran agreement has been reached, describing it as a major breakthrough after months of negotiations. However, Iranian authorities have not yet officially confirmed the deal, leaving uncertainty about its final status despite the optimistic statements from Washington.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump declared that the agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran was complete and congratulated all parties involved. He also announced that the United States would immediately remove its naval blockade and authorize the toll-free reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, a key global oil shipping route.
