Pakistan, April 30 -- The Governor of Uzbekistan's Navoi Region, Nurmt Tursunov, arrived at the Bilawal House on Wednesday to meet Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Along with Governor Nurmt Tursunov, the Deputy Governor of Uzbekistan's Navoi Region, Alibek Ghaffarov, also met Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

The Uzbek delegation included Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Pakistan, Ali Sher Tukhtayev, and Second Secretary Roshan Jumanov.

Discussions between Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Governor Nurmt Tursunov of Navoi Region focused on regional and economic cooperation.

They also discussed possibilities for cooperation and partnerships in mineral resources and energy projects.
