Pakistan, Aug. 7 -- Perez Hilton was involved in a livestream incident that remained visible on TikTok for about 15 to 20 minutes before it was removed. The platform later said the delay resulted from a moderator error, despite its automated system quickly identifying the broadcast as violating community guidelines.

TikTok explained that its automated moderation tools immediately flagged the livestream and sent it to the company's United States moderation team for review. However, a human error delayed the removal process, allowing the broadcast to remain online longer than intended before moderators eventually took it down.
