Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- Three inmates of Adiala Jail have approached the Federal Constitutional Court against an Islamabad High Court decision. They seek medical facilities similar to those granted to former prime minister Imran Khan. The prisoners had earlier sought treatment at private hospitals.

The inmates challenged the IHC ruling that rejected their requests for similar medical relief. Advocate Akhtar Cheema represented prisoner Muhammad Ilyas Khan before the FCC. Separate lawyers represented the other two prisoners, Mohammad Ismail Hussain and Owais Altaf.
