Pakistan, April 23 -- Diplomacy, not war, is the only viable path forward. Yet, applying excessive pressure on one side risks undoing what has already been accomplished. Nevertheless, it is encouraging that both sides seem genuinely committed to pursuing an agreement with good intent. The central question remains: how do they reach an agreement, particularly in an environment marked by deep mistrust?
Agreements are not born out of divergence but out of carefully negotiated convergence. A win-win outcome, if not a perfectly equitable path, remains the most realistic one. Waiting for one side to blink first may only prolong the deadlock. Peace, at times, requires both sides to blink together.
