Pakistan, July 29 -- Railway operations were disrupted after a coach of the Karachi-to-Rawalpindi Tezgam Express derailed near the Hussainabad area of Hyderabad. Officials said rescue and recovery teams reached the site immediately and began efforts to restore the affected coach. Although no casualties were reported, the incident temporarily halted train movement on a key section of the railway network.
