Pakistan, June 29 -- Teyana Taylor emerged as the biggest winner at the 2026 BET Awards after collecting four major honours during the star-studded ceremony celebrating excellence in Black entertainment, music and sports. Her achievements included the prestigious Icon of the Year award, Best Actress, the Fashion Vanguard Award and Video Director of the Year for her short film Escape Room.

During an emotional acceptance speech, Taylor thanked music icon Janet Jackson, who presented her with the Icon of the Year award. She reflected on her two-decade journey in the entertainment industry, saying she accepted the recognition with gratitude after years of dedication, hard work and perseverance.
