Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- Tesla has created fresh buzz around its driverless Cybercab with a simple message: "no steering wheel, no pedals." The company announced free Cybercab rides in limited areas of Austin on September 3. The announcement quickly attracted attention from Tesla fans and investors.
