Together, they weaponise religion, leverage digital platforms, and exploit ethnic fault lines to target the Pakistani state. Concurrently, the banned TTP has revamped its official communications branch, Umar Media, transforming it from a disorganised insurgent newsletter into a hyper-professional propaganda bureau.
