Pakistan, May 20 -- The foreign ministers of 10 countries, including Pakistan, Turkiye, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Jordan, Libya, Maldives, and Spain, on Tuesday issued a joint statement strongly condemning the renewed Israeli assaults against the Global Sumud Flotilla.

Global Sumud Flotilla is a peaceful civilian humanitarian initiative aimed at drawing international attention to the catastrophic humanitarian suffering of the Palestinian people, according to a joint statement issued by Foreign Office.

The ministers recalled with grave concern the Israeli interventions against previous flotillas in international waters and condemned the continuation of hostile acts targeting civilian vessels and humanitarian activists.
