Pakistan, Sept. 22 -- Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on Monday paid rich tribute to police and security personnel martyred in the recent Kohat terrorist attack, saying their sacrifices would not go in vain and the government would not rest until terrorism was completely eliminated.

Addressing party workers during his visit to Kohat, the federal minister said the city was mourning the loss of brave police personnel who had sacrificed their lives to protect people of this region. He said the martyrs had left their own children orphaned but saved millions of other children from a similar fate.
