Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- State Minister for Interior Talal Chaudhry has defended Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi over his recent remarks about new provinces. He said no political party could decide the issue alone.

Speaking on a television programme, Chaudhry said Naqvi serves as interior minister under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He said Naqvi follows the prime minister's position on various matters.
