Pakistan, June 30 -- Pakistan's Supreme Court has returned the appeals filed by former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, challenging an Islamabad High Court (IHC) order related to the suspension of their sentences in the £190 million case.
According to court sources, the Supreme Court Registrar's Office raised objections to the petitions, stating that the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC), rather than the Supreme Court, is the appropriate forum to hear the appeals.
