Pakistan, Sept. 29 -- The arrival of Sri Lanka's Women's Under-19 cricket team in Faisalabad has set the stage for an international youth cricket spectacle as the city prepares to host a three-nation T20 series featuring Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan from October 2 to 16, 2026.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials, the Sri Lankan squad reached Faisalabad to participate in the series and it was warmly received by PCB representatives upon arrival. The visiting team was escorted to its hotel under tight security arrangements while the relevant authorities made necessary arrangements for the visiting players and officials during their stay in the city.
