Pakistan, May 1 -- Spotify has announced a new verification system aimed at helping users distinguish between human-created music and AI-generated content, as artificial intelligence continues to flood streaming platforms with synthetic tracks.

The Swedish streaming giant said on Thursday that its new "Verified by Spotify" badge, shown as a green checkmark, will appear on artist profiles and in search results in the coming weeks.
