Pakistan, June 2 -- Spain has ruled out participation in any United States or Israeli military action against Iran, reaffirming its preference for diplomacy. The position is significant because it highlights growing international calls for de-escalation in the Middle East. Speaking in an interview with a British publication, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said Spain would not take part in any action that could further increase tensions.
