Pakistan, Aug. 22 -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has alleged that authorities ignored a court decision concerning Imran Khan's treatment. He criticised the government and administration over the matter.

Speaking at a street movement gathering in Hangu, Afridi said three judges had issued directions regarding Khan's treatment. He claimed authorities failed to implement the decision.

Afridi said courts had given authorities two days to arrange treatment for the PTI founder. He questioned why officials allegedly failed to comply with the judicial order.

He also called for equal application of the law to powerful and vulnerable citizens. Afridi said courts should consider the direction in which the country is moving.
