Pakistan, July 8 -- A grand and dignified ceremony was organized by the Stars of Rangila Foundation at the Alhamra Cultural Complex, Qaddafi Stadium, Lahore, to celebrate the conferment of Pakistan's Pride of Performance award upon renowned poet, lyricist and writer of Sufi poetry SM Sadiq.

The event was attended by a large number of prominent personalities from the fields of showbiz, literature, music and culture. The chief guest on the occasion was Sajida Farooq Tarar, mother of Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, who was warmly received by Farah Deeba, the driving force behind the Stars of Rangila Foundation.
