Pakistan, Aug. 20 -- Six Pakistani sailors injured in a recent Houthi attack on a Tanzanian-flagged commercial vessel have safely returned to Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar said on Wednesday. The remains of two Pakistani sailors who were killed in the attack have also been repatriated.

Dar said Pakistani authorities coordinated closely to ensure the injured sailors and the deceased were brought home safely, despite Pakistan not having a diplomatic mission in Yemen. The injured sailors received necessary medical assistance before returning to Pakistan.
