Pakistan, July 31 -- Singapore authorities have launched an investigation after British trip-hop band Massive Attack displayed a Palestinian flag during a concert in the city-state, where the public display of foreign flags without official permission is prohibited.

According to authorities, the concert took place on Wednesday, and videos shared on social media showed two members of the band raising a Palestinian flag on stage to loud applause from the audience. Local broadcaster CNA also reported that the band chanted "Free Palestine" during the performance, with many concertgoers joining in.
