Pakistan, April 26 -- The Sindh government has decided to form a Sindh cricket team to participate in the Pakistan Cup, under which trials will be conducted at the divisional level on the basis of merit.

In a video statement, Sindh's Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar, said that in the initial stage, young players will send a one?minute video of their batting or bowling via WhatsApp. After that, formal divisional trials will be held for the selected players.

Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar stated that after continuous efforts by the Sindh government, the PCB has been convinced to provide an effective platform for Sindh's youth. He emphasized that this is a significant opportunity especially for Sindh.
