Pakistan, Sept. 18 -- Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Thursday presided over a meeting of the provincial cabinet that approved a comprehensive package to strengthen support for wheat growers, launched a landmark digital and blockchain-based system for electronic transfer of land titles, and cleared the construction of a 13-storey, 445-bed Bilquis & Abdul Sattar Edhi Medical Tower at the National Institute of Child Health (NICH), Karachi.

The cabinet also approved reforms in the criminal prosecution service, the Sindh Sports Policy, higher education amendments and several other measures covering healthcare, taxation, local government, labour, land administration and youth development.
