Pakistan, Sept. 21 -- The Government of Sindh and Hunan Province of the People's Republic of China today took a significant step towards strengthening institutional, economic and people-to-people ties with the signing of a Letter of Intent on cooperation between the two sides. The Letter of Intent was signed by Sharjeel Inam Memon, Senior Minister for Transport & Mass Transit and Information, Government of Sindh, and Ms Guo Ning, Director-General, Hunan Foreign Affairs Office (FAO).
