Pakistan, March 11 -- A shooting incident occurred at the US consulate in Toronto early Tuesday morning, authorities confirmed. The gunfire reportedly took place around dawn, and fortunately, no consulate staff or civilians were injured during the attack.

Police said the incident is being treated as a national security matter, and investigations are ongoing to determine the motive and identify the suspects involved. Surveillance footage and witness accounts are being collected as part of the probe.
