Pakistan, July 1 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to visit Iran on July 3 to attend a condolence ceremony in Tehran, in a trip that is likely to include discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and regional cooperation between the neighbouring countries.

According to informed sources, the prime minister will participate in the ceremony alongside senior officials and representatives from several countries. The event is expected to serve as an opportunity for diplomatic engagement on matters of mutual interest between Pakistan and Iran.

Officials familiar with the planned visit said Shehbaz Sharif is also expected to continue his foreign tour with a visit to Turkiye after concluding his engagements in Tehran. How...
