Pakistan, Sept. 3 -- Bangladesh have recalled Najmul Hossain Shanto and Hasan Mahmud for their T20I squad for the Asian Games in September. Litton Das will return as captain after recovering from a hamstring injury. He missed the recent series against Zimbabwe and Australia but will now lead the team again.

Shanto returns to T20I cricket after more than a year away from the format. He last played against the United Arab Emirates in May 2025 and went 19 innings without scoring a half-century. Bangladesh later removed him as captain and handed the leadership role to Litton.
