Pakistan, Aug. 16 -- Selena Gomez has rejected fraud allegations connected to Wondermind, the mental wellness startup she co-founded with her mother Mandy Teefey and former partner Daniella Pierson.

The 34-year-old singer and actress, through her legal adviser Mathew S. Rosengart, described the accusations as without merit and said she would strongly challenge them in court.

The lawsuit was filed by Wondermind SRS 44 LLC and Bespoke Wondermind LLC, which accused Gomez and Teefey of making misleading claims about the company's leadership, resources and business infrastructure.
