Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- Security forces killed 48 terrorists in Balochistan during operations over the past 72 hours. The operations targeted militants linked to Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khawarij.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, forces conducted several intelligence-based operations. The operations took place in Mastung, Quetta, Kalat and Sibi districts during the past 24 hours.

During these operations, security forces killed 36 terrorists linked to the two groups. Meanwhile, forces targeted four militant hideouts in Shaban, Quetta. The operation resulted in the deaths of 26 members of Fitna al-Khawarij.
