Pakistan, Oct. 14 -- The Dera Ismail Khan administration has imposed Section 144 across the district, banning pillion riding, public gatherings and rallies until November 11. The restrictions aim to address law and order concerns and maintain public safety. Deputy Commissioner Hikmatullah issued the order on October 13, and it took immediate effect.
