Pakistan, May 8 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on Thursday announced a landmark achievement in corporate registration, having incorporated an unprecedented 4,082 companies in the month of April 2026, the highest number of monthly incorporations ever recorded in Pakistan's corporate history.

With this milestone, the total number of registered companies in Pakistan has reached 294,101, said SECP press release issued here. The SECP also set new daily incorporation records within the same period, registering 300 companies in a single day on April 27, 2026, a figure that was surpassed just days later when 340 companies were incorporated on April 30, 2026.
