Pakistan, Oct. 11 -- The Supreme Court of Pakistan has released a comprehensive report titled "Journey Through Reform and Innovation 2026", documenting judicial and institutional reforms undertaken from November 2024 to September 2026. The report highlights progress in judicial reforms, effective case management, reduction of the backlog, digital transformation, institutional accountability and measures to improve public access to justice.

It outlines progress on the implementation of an 86-point Judicial Reforms Action Plan, supported by a structured monitoring mechanism, specialised working groups and regular review processes to ensure effective implementation of reform initiatives.
