Pakistan, April 21 -- The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday issued standard operating procedures to ensure uninterrupted judicial work during unforeseen public holidays. The decision aims to maintain continuity in urgent legal proceedings across the country. It directly affects courts, litigants, and lawyers nationwide.
According to the court, administrative and judicial functions will continue during emergently declared public holidays. Only essential staff will remain on duty under minimum arrangements. Moreover, the Chief Justice may issue specific directions when required.
