Pakistan, Sept. 18 -- The federal government and petroleum dealers have reached an understanding on the implementation of the Fuel Relief Package, with both sides agreeing that reimbursements will be processed through the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) within 48 hours.

The agreement was reached during a meeting held on Thursday via video link between officials of the Petroleum Division led by Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik and representatives of the Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association (PPDA).
